I read this just now on a Josh Hillis’ Fat Loss and Fitness blog:

Wow

Fellow C25K blogger Fate or Destiny just wrote that after tallying her Calories expended running for Week 6 of C25K, she found she had burned 2000 Calories running. That blew my mind. It sounds like so much. No wonder it feels so satisfying. Another good reason to keep on running.
